Though our replacement policy lasts for 7 days, now we have decided to extend the support to our existing customers, who want their product re-energised and re-fixed due to accidental damage(Like broken thread and resizing) post purchase.
This policy will be applicable post 7 days of delivery. In that case we will charge a nominal fee of Rs 400, where we will pick up the product and deliver it to your door step within 10 days.
This policy will not cover the metal part (de-colorised or broken), however if you want that then our support executive will tell you the price of that part and we can do this for you.

Our standard delivery time is 2-7 Days. We try to deliver the product as early as possible. It may delay some time due to many extraneous factors like riots, communal disharmony, strikes and force-majeure which are not in our hand and then delivery is subject to logistic partner's discretion
Cash on Delivery

- Cash on delivery is available to metro cities and certain pin codes, While prepaid delivery is available across almost every pin codes in india.
- Orders with Incorrect address and contact numbers are cancelled with in 24 hours.

Standard International Shipping
The standard delivery time is 6-12 working days for USA, Australia, Canada and 4-8 days for Dubai and 7-14 days for rest of the shippable countries. The shipping time is additional. We generally ship the international order the very next day and delivery time is subject to custom clearance of the particular country, where product is shipped and Some time there are nature invoked reasons, which are not in our control and in that case delivery is on the discretion of the logistic partners
The international customer should contact the custom department for clearance and release of the products. Just wow factory a brand of mobizdom technology does not take ownership of release and custom duty incurred on the products as the buyer himself will be responsible for paying the duty based on the assessment by clearing officer of that country.
